In fact, both promote deeper healing because they help identify your unique needs and allow you to ask for, and receive, the help that you require to fulfill yourself physically, socially, emotionally, psychologically, financially, and spiritually.
What Makes Authenticity and Vulnerability Your Greatest Strengths
Being authentic allows you to embrace all parts of yourself and be honest with others about the things you need to be successful. Vulnerability gives you permission to let the people around you see parts of yourself that you would normally keep private. It gives you the courage to admit that you can’t do it all yourself and may need help achieving everything you set out to do on your healing journey.

The first two steps are to identify your feelings and needs and to honor them. The final step is to get support. One way to enjoy this support is through individual therapy sessions in-person or virtually. There is a level of vulnerability that comes with allowing yourself to get the help that you need to heal.
