Why We Shouldn’t Be Scared to Be Vulnerable

For many of us, there are occasions when we can share our vulnerable selves, while still holding on to a a strong sense of ourselves; expressing our sadness while still feeling capable, valuable, and that we’re enough.

But sometimes expressing our vulnerability becomes scary, pushing us into feelings of shame and embarrassment.
